For the improvement of communication skills of the students, a language laboratory has been set up. The laboratory has 20 user setups, which includes computer systems, head phones & latest software.
The lab is effectively utilized by students for self –enhancement and soft skill development activities. Language lab proves beneficial for those students who are poor in use of English language. It aims at confidence-building among students for interactions and presentations in English. The basic purpose of the lab is to provide students a platform to enhance English language, skills, and communication skills and to provide soft skills. Students from rural areas who are generally weak in English can have sufficient ear training in the language lab. Lab provides full –fledged computer assisted language learning. Multi-media labs enable students to equip themselves with an array of much needed skills namely public speaking, group discussion, debate and paper presentation etc.
